This pole is specifically designed for trail running but is also the perfect pole for walking and also for Nordic Walking thanks to the Shark Frame hand strap. This new design with air channels is 30% lighter than the original Shark system.  The strap fits like a glove and transfers power really efficiently and the extended cork grip allows for different grip options as necessary.  The shaft material is 100% carbon making it a super light pole (182g at a length of 120 cm) and packs down to a really small size (36cm).
